Sharing songs that we love is a big part of Big Sing events.
Whether in a workshop, at a concert, around the campfire or at an impromptu jam session on the lawn, it is a joyful experience to learn songs from each another and sing them together.
At Big Sing in the Desert there is always a concert night where we share songs … and other weird and wonderful performances. Nothing is too strange and each year is completely different. From pop songs to classical, from poetry to animal noises, every contribution is warmly welcomed. In 2012, there were a lot of ukuleles and small guitars. Those staying at the campground were lucky as the strumming and singing continued around the campfire into the night.
